Cutting skills
I’m trying to learn how to cut onions and other vegetables evenly(I’m taking a professional cooking class in the fall) but I don’t want the food to go to waste even though it’s just practice.
Sooo any good ideas for meals that involve this skill?
I’m thinking salads would be a good way to start and include a lot of vegetables but ima beginner and am open to trying and recipe at least once lol 😆
