I went to the doctor because what I thought was an early period was giving me crazy intense cramping and bleeding beyond what was normal. After blood work and a pee test they tell me my results indicate that I’m pregnant. Go to do an ultrasound and there is nothing. I went into the doctor with this crazy hope that maybe I’m pregnant and still getting my period (it’s happened to my sister in the past) and instead I get told that I was probably in an early stage pregnancy and now my body is passing it by itself. I’m angry and I don’t know what else. I find out I was pregnant and losing it all in the same day...and on what would be my first pregnancy....my mom says this is common but idk
