When does first trimester end

So you guys know how when you’re 11+1 you’re officially in the “12th” week. So does it end AT 12 weeks 
Or 13 weeks

Around 13 weeks and 3 days is the end of the first trimester. I usually use 14 weeks as the first week of the second trimester.

I asked my doctor this week when it’s officially 2nd trimester because every where i look says something different 🙄 she said it’s at the end of your 12th week. So first trimester begins at 13+0.
