I eat deli meat rolled around mustard and cheese almost everyday this pregnancy. 🤷‍♀️

I heat mine up and also get it from the deli where they fresh slice it. I don’t eat the prepackaged sliced stuff. I eat at subway and have it toasted.

Super small risk but a risk nonetheless. Why risk what you can easily avoid? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Heating it up will kill all chances of listeria and you can always cool it back down if you don't like warm deli meat. Ultimately it's up to you though.

I just heat it up! Or at subway I get it toasted. I have eaten it cold a couple of times too... 😊 I think it’s the cheapy meat you have to be more cautious about.. at least that’s what I’ve heard. The only thing my doc told me I couldn’t eat was, I could only have fish once a week. Which isn’t really hard for me considering I live in Oklahoma and its not that common for me to eat fish a whole lot. I’d have a problem if I lived in Florida or Maine because their fish is so good 😍
