Painful bartholin cyst

Okay, so this is my second bartholin cyst I’ve gotten this year. I’m not too sure what causes them because this year was my first time ever getting any of these things.

The first one went away on it’s on. I can’t remember exactly what I did to decrease it in size but it was the size of an orange slice lol best comparison I can think of. Any home remedies that have worked for you?

Surgery isn’t an option for me so please don’t recommend it.
