I’m pretty sure all of my colostrum has come in. I have been having a few drops here and there for a couple weeks. Tonight I noticed my breasts were hard and on the top of my right breast and at the bottom of my right armpit are painful lumps. I tried massaging it relieve some pain but I’m not sure it helped. There is another lump by my left armpit but it doesn’t hurt as bad. Could this be Mastitis while pregnant?
