31 weeks and waking up with stabbing pain in my stomach?

The other night it was down low where period cramps are but last night it was on the top of my stomach. It's pretty painful. Is this normal?

Anything stabbing I would call doctor. I have had similar pain in night but Bcuz pressure and way I lie it is round ligament pain
