Finally My Turn! 💙

I woke up at 3:20 a.m. to a dripping feeling and realized after 20 minutes I was leaking my water. My husband and I got to the hospital and I was a solid 1 1/2 almost 2. After walking, bouncing on the exercise ball, starting pitocin, my contractions really kicked into high gear and I got the epidural at 4 cm. It jumped to 7 1/2 within a couple hours. I kept telling my husband, “I have to push, my body is pushing.” I went from 7 1/2 to 9 1/2 in less than 5 minutes. It was painful because my epidural didn’t fully take since he was so low in the first place. I would do it all again if I have to because he is so perfect. 💙
