So it's been a week since my second miscarriage happened. I was only 6 weeks but last time in February I was 12 weeks when we found out the heart wasn't beating anymore. Of course I'm sad this time didn't work out but the pain and sadness of the last time came around as well.

2 days ago the weirdest thing happened. We lost a coffee mug a few months ago with a squirrel on it. We thought someone took it. When the first miscarriage happened I made a box with a few things we bought and a few other stuff that felt like it belonged to this baby. I was looking in it a few days ago and I found the missing mug in it. i don't know how it ended up in there. Then the next morning a squirrel ran on our parking lot. I have never even seen a squirrel where we live. It was just the weirdest thing ever. I guess someone is trying to tell me something

For the past few nights I have been sleeping with a stuffed animal we bought the first time. It makes me feel like i have my baby's a little bit closer to me.
