Where was God?

I don't understand. If I had a friend or father on this earth who had the 100% power to save my baby and they didn't, I would banish them from my life forever. So why shouldn't I banish God?

Also as soon as I made this comment, I got on Instagram and this popped up immediately. I think this is God telling us he’s still there and hears us.

His plan is bigger than ours. He sees things we can’t or won’t see until well into the future. I know that this is so hard, trust me, I’ve had 3 miscarriages in 6 months. It just doesn’t seem fair and it has definitely made  me question my faith. But you and I just have to believe that this is all happening for  a reason and that one day we will hold our babies in our arms. God will answer our prayers.

Because he knows exactly what he’s doing. I lost twins in a nightmare situation last July. In February on my due date with them I went to a church and lit two candles. Having no idea how I would survive that day. That night I found out I was pregnant. I’m now 25 weeks with a healthy baby boy. God knows what the plan is and I never stopped believing even when losing my babies and life was hell. He has them. Everything is meant to be exactly as it is.

I 100% feel the same way. I didn’t fully believe in a god before I lost my son but I did pray to someone until the day I found out he had no heart beat. I can’t bring myself to forgive or believe in a god that would let my perfectly healthy son just pass away a day before he would be born. I was 39 weeks and 4 days. I was having contractions for 3 days prior. I went for my appointment on the Friday and his heart beat was soo strong. Sunday his placenta stopped working. He passed that evening. I had him 12pm the next day. I am so angry that there were things that could have prevented this had they been looked at earlier. I’m mad that people tell me they are “praying” for us or we are in their prayers. I do not want to be prayed for, to a “god” that would take my son away from me. My first born. One who we had planned for, who we couldn’t wait to meet. I don’t think a day will go by that I am not angry at the thought of a “god”.

I read some where, ‘a healthy, living, baby, is not a promise. It is a gift’. That changed my attitude 360 degrees real quick. That’s also why I don’t like the term ‘rainbow’ baby.

God’s plan is ALWAYS greater than our own. Though we may not understand it his plan is best. He sees our hurt and our pain but again he has a plan. I’ve had three miscarriages in less than 9 months, I’d be lying if I said I didnt question my faith at times but I also know he knows best. Unexpectedly, I just found out we are pregnant again (we had stopped trying) his plan will always be greater than our own. Lean on him during this difficult time to find peace and strength and trust his timing. Sending prayers your way ❤️
