What is your opinion on people busting out their best angles for social media? Do you think it’s wrong or “catfishing” in the sense that someone may not look like that straight on etc

Wtf? No. If people can’t figure out that people look different at different angles, wait until they find out about make-up and filters. 
The people I see complain about this seem to be incel-types, and I have zero patience with them.

Catfishing doesn't really have a definite definition. But my idea of catfishing is using someone else's identity as your own. 
You cant use your own face and it be 'catfishing.' 
It then begs the question, is everyone who wears makeup a catfish? 😉
