Registry must haves?!

Question

What are some necessities and must haves to put on a first time mom’s baby registry?? Maybe some things some of you wished you would’ve added or something you never thought of but got anyways. I’m having a baby boy in November and I’m a little clueless. We already have the crib, car seats, stroller, Bobby pillow and lounger, a few pacifiers, blankets, and several clothing items. Thank you!

I am SO glad we got one of those portable changing pads that folds up. It has room for a few diapers and a small pack of wipes. I though I was crazy for getting one, but I use it all the time!

I starred the ones that were must haves for me as a second time mama but these are mostly just ideas and you can decide what is important to you. 
Video monitor*, storage options, breast milk bags and pads, bottles, stroller*, co sleeper* or bassinet, play yard, play floor gym for baby*, swing, glider, nursery decor, clothes, burp rags*, Velcro Swaddles, receiving blankets, hats, mittens, muslin swaddle blankets*, sleep sack, socks, crib bedding, water proof mattress cover*, teethers, diaper bag*, baby carrier, changing table/pad, high chair, towels, a baby bath, wash cloths, baby soap/lotion, baby hair brush, humidifier, thermometer, mail clipper set, and bouncer.

I LOVE the Aden and Anais burby bibs.  They are big and ACTUALLY absorbent!  I use them as burb rags and when baby is on the car seat there is a tiny snap you can use to keep them in place or just tuck it in.  Helps SO much if you have a spitter so you don't get spit up all over the car seat!

A must have for us has been the sound machine! I also recommend zipper sleepers and a swaddle that has easy access for diaper changes. We used the love to dream swaddle, so her hands could be up instead of glued to her sides

Extra bottles for pumping and milk storage. Also the boppy infant lounger was clutch from 0-3 months.

Must haves we still use from the day he came home til today (5months) is a diaper caddy I can easily move around the house, the munchkin changing pad I used to keep it next to the bed for night time changes but now after being comfortable changing his diaper without it I use it for bathtimes (after he gets out of the tub I lay the towel and him on it), the hatch baby rest sound machine/night light, humidifier, footed sleepers, burp clothes (a lot).
