Homework

Hey mamas!! So I had my appointment this morning. I've softened but my cervix is still high (dilated to a 1 tho) and my little one is head down, but she isn't engaged. Her head is just to the side. I go back next Friday, but my Dr. Sent me home with "homework". 😂 she handed me a piece of baby with "drs orders" for lots of sex and orgasms and to give my breast pump a try to help get things moving along. I love that my dr has such a great sense of humor!!❤ sooo has anyone had any success with any of this "homework"? I'll be 38 weeks on Saturday.
