I started back to work yesterday and pumped at 6, 10:15, 1:00, and 4:00 then nursed when I got home at 6 all the way until my little guy went to sleep at 9 (he wouldn’t come off my boob).

I was able to pump 22 oz during the day. He drank 25 oz of breast milk from bottles while I was gone (6:45-6).

Today I nursed at 5 AM for 5 minutes before he fell back asleep. Pumped at 5:30, 7:30, and 9:30 so far. I’ve only gotten 9 oz all day. This time yesterday I’d pumped 14 oz.

I have no freezer stash and there’s no way I can keep up with his intake of milk.

Should I just give up and start giving formula? Pumping every two hours at work is really hard and it’s just going to get harder as I get busier.
