I went to MedExpress over the weekend because my family doctor was closed. I believed I had a kidney infection I had horrible side pain that went to the middle of my back but just a little bit lower. I was constantly peeing, I could barley sleep at night. I was taking azo for 2 days so my urine was obviously a different color than what it should of been. I told the doctor and each nurse that. The told me my urine looker infected by visual exam, they also did a dip stick test as well everything was practically abnormal.

He said he has to treat it as a UTI until he gets the lab results back. He prescribed me a prescription that has worked although many mornings I was nauseous and throwing up only in the mornings don’t know why.

I called today and asked about my results and was basically told that since the medication is working then I’m fine, I asked if I had a kidney infection or a UTI he didn’t give me a answer he told me that a lab test won’t tell him what’s wrong with me.

So I made a follow up appointment for my family doctor tomorrow.

Any ideas on what it was If it was a uti or kidney infection? I do have a picture of the dip stick results.
