Seeking advice for first home buyer🏡

We found a home we are very interested in but having a hard time getting a loan approved. We were said we had to wait until my husbands business was in full swing for 2 years, which we’d technically have to wait about 4 more weeks. I was able to contact a bank loan officer who might help us. Quicken loans was a no go. Anyone else have advice???
