Anyone have Experience with SPD relief?

I had it after my first son but not during pregnancy. It’s getting so much worse and I can imagine the final 10 weeks will only get harder on my body. I’m going to try a band my friend had for when she had it in pregnancy with her son and if that doesn’t help my ob wants to refer to me to PT. Does anyone have pt exercises I could try in the meantime? I’m also taking advice on sitting to get pants on, taking one step at a time with our stairs, and keeping my knees together as much as I can in bed when I’m changing positions and what not.
