Fiancé won’t clean

I’m currently 36 weeks 5 days pregnant. My bone structure is smaller than average so my hips had to grow more than for someone who is more average sized which means that they’re going to hurt a good bit more. However, despite this, I can’t even get my fiancé to do a few dishes. He’ll cook but leave the stove a complete mess. He promised to wash one pan and didn’t and now the food is so stuck on that scrubbing it off also taking off the paint (it’s a nice pan that belonged to my mom who passed away in April while I was 24 weeks so I’m pretty upset still). I can rarely get him to vacuum or even do the litter boxes even though he also definitely doesn’t want me doing them because of the possible negative affects it could have on the baby. But he’ll get up at 3am and get food for me and he’ll get up 5 times to adjust the ac and he cooks when we have the right foods for it. He’ll even fix little things around the apartment (loose door knobs, carpet coming up) too if it needs anything. I’ve expressed to him that I just need a little more help right now because if my pain level but he still doesn’t help me. Because of all the other stuff he does for and because of the support he’s given me throughout these last several months, I know it’s not worth leaving him over but I really would like to get it through to him that it would be nice if he would do something around the house. He does work but it’s only part time right now and used working as an excuse when we were BOTH working full time (I was still pregnant and working 5am shifts while standing on my feet for 6-7 hours straight until I finally felt like I was going to puke from the pain and sat down in the back on the kitchen floor)
