Does anyone have any tips/advice on how to help tame my frizzy hair? 
This is after taking a shower and combing it

Look into the curly girl method. I do modified method because conditioner washing the scalp made my head itch to no end. I use a normal shampoo every couple of washes to remove dirt, and use a silicone free conditioner. Your hair is craving moisture so you need to experiment a bit with conditioners before you find what works. Don't get pulled into products that are for "curly hair" from most of the big hair companies. They cause buildup and will make your hair worse over time.

First off never wash your hair twice you not supposed to wash your hair every day I have extremely frizzy puffy hair and I use this my hair is also dry and brittle that's why I use this kind

Sulfate free products for curly hair. That’ll moisturize and nourish your hair. Leave in conditioner is a good place to start as well as cutting shampoo with silicone and sulfates in it
