Group B swab test done wrong?!

Question

Those of you who have had your group B swab test, how did it go?! Everything I'm reading says that Dr. Should have swabbed about 2cm into vagina as well as rectum. My Dr. Did not swab my rectum (no complaints there, haha,) but seemed to swab my cervix instead of vagina. Anyone experience something similar?!

My nurse did it and she swabbed just the outsides 🤷‍♀️

You’re only supposed to go in a tiny bit! My midwife had me do it myself! But she did make me do my rectum which sucked to even go in a tiny bit 😂🤣

Mine was probably done wrong, as my clinic makes you do it your self.
But with my first the dr seemed to swab pretty far in(my opinion)

I had both swabbed and it came back negative. Not very comfortable but glad there is nothing to worry about!

Mine went deep too. They’re checking the vagina (birth canal) so she probably swizzled it all the way up.

My dr did not do my rectum with my first baby and I haven’t had it done yet with this one.
