And I've had this headache/migraine the past 3 days. Today its been with nausea and throwing up. Haven't been able to eat today bc i dont have a appetite. Every time I look at food it just makes me feel sicker..

Could these be pregnancy symptoms this early?? I remember with my first i had extremely bad headaches but I dont think they started this early.
