Back labour?

Has anyone had any experience with back labour?.. 
I’m 35weeks pregnant and I have started with horrendous constant back pain that isn’t eased with anything I try, it’s stopping me from walking with my back upright.. I had some painful period style cramping in my lower Abdomen yesterday and tummy tightening that wasn’t painful.. any ideas 😩

That sounds like it’s “just” back pain. Baby might be posterior and resting on your spine, or your back could just be tired. Stretches from SpinningBabies.com can help. You could also ask for a referral to a physical therapist or chiropractor who does Webster technique. I also get acupuncture for mine. It’s amazing. 
Back labor comes in waves. The contraction is being directed into your back instead of just down into your uterus. It is not really constant (especially not early on. Maybe later in labor if your contractions on coming in rapid succession).

I had back labour but I was induced ( I knew my son was back to back at my 34/5 week appointment! )
It was horrendous I’m not going to lie...and it continuously got worse to the point I couldn’t lie down and I was on my tiptoes shaking...
Your best speaking to your midwife if I’m honest as this also happened to my friend and it turned out to be that she was in labour and had her daughter two weeks early.

Update.. my waters went at 35 & 5. Breech baby. 38 hours later still no contractions.

I had back labor, but my pain didn’t start until I was actually in labor.

Also, baby was in breech position and sure I felt him turn or try to turn around yesterday. I also lost my plug last week. And have had some slight lose bowel movements
