I'm scared I won't know I'm in labor. I had an endometriosis surgery a year and a half ago where they cut a nerve in my uterus that makes it not send pain signals to my brain. I also loss feeling in my lower stomach from then incision. The surgeon said that contractions won't feel as bad as they would since I have that nerve cut.

I've been feeling a lot of tightening and some dull cramping in my lower stomach. I'm already 3-4 dilated and 70-80% effaced. I've dilated 2&1/2 in a week. Just hope I know I'm in labor
