Did any of you ladies get pregnant using progesterone cream? Anyone wanna share their experience?

A couple months ago I got blood drawn at 8 DPO to see if I ovulated. My OB sent me the following that it suggested I ovulated and my number. I just feel like this is super low for 8 DPO? Thoughts?

I ordered a progesterone cream that should be here tomorrow (4DPO) & I’m thinking about starting it. Do you think it’ll help? Any help is appreciated!!

Edit - I also wanted to mention I’ve had a 10-Day Luteal phase for the past 3 months.
