I just found out im pregnant, and its still very early. I haven't experienced any implantation bleeding and i haven't missed my period yet because i was supposed to get it yesterday but i just took a test to see and got a positive and also had bloodwork to confirm. The only symptoms im feeling is my nipples are super sensitive, im having cramping and lower back pain, not really any nausea and ive only thown up once. Are these symptoms normal for where i am right now?
