Surviving morning sickness with a mostly liquid diet
My nausea has been the worst. Vomiting multiple times a day. But I think I finally figured out my personal brand of morning sickness... jolly ranchers and liquid diet
So basically all I've been eating is protein drink in the morning, split pea soup at lunch, and maybe if my nausea has settled something heavier for dinner... like a bunless burger or some pasta or something.
I've basically subscribed to the belief of "what will hurt less when I throw it up" and for some reason that diet helps keep me from throwing up!
