I have been having some cramping and this super light color when I wipe. I am on nexplanon birth control for about 5 months now. Is this my period?

My boyfriend has came inside of me this last month, so would this mean I'm not pregnant? Thanks in advance for your answers.

It's just hard to tell now cause my "period " is super unpredictable. It will be heavy, light, last weeks or skip months. It just has never been this light before.
