40 weeks not dilated

I’m so upset just left the doctor and my cervix is still closed I can’t induce until I’m 41 weeks I’m just over being pregnant and this waiting around hoping something will happen just sucks ☹️ everyone saying it’s okay baby will come when he is ready but I’m just over being pregnant
