2nd outbreak

So i got diagnosed with HSV-2 about a month or 2 back, im currently 22 weeks pregnant and having my second outbreak, this time its a little below my bikini line, so my bikini area, i told my dr and she prescribed me my medicine but i havent been able to get to the pharmacy cuz of work and not having a good way of transportation, today my sores were bleeding and when i sat down and got up from using the bathroom the blood from one of my sores got on my lower belly, where i always rub cuz my baby is low... now im afraid to rub or touch there because idk if the infection is goin to spread there too, will it spread to my stomach now since that happened?
