Loving this book so far

I got this because I often tend to be pretty natural and from scratch (though not super granola)

And I really love how its approaching natural pregnancy and birth so far. It's not blaming women for ending up with intervention methods, but more talking about how the system is letting women down by treating pregnancy and birth like a sickness instead of a natural process.

And that's coming from someone that needs daily injections of lovenox for my lupus, I just like to keep the rest of my life natural. This book so far seems like a good blend of balancing traditional medicine with lifestyle. I was worried it would be too hippy dippy and condemn everything I have to do to keep my baby alive because of my disease.
