Possible miscarriage ?

I am so upset 😔 I went to Er yesterday morning with brown spotting they did vaginal US and pelvic exam everything looked fine . They are bringing me back tomorrow morning for my 2nd HCG reading . But this morning I wake up and it’s now red 😭4 wks pregnant

I’m not sure how red it is or how much there is, but I was spotting.. went for an internal and then bled like this after (pic below)

I have had this twice during my pregnancy, both times it was a hemorrhage!! Just keep your mind positive when going in. It could very well just be this. I had it at 6 weeks and at 12 weeks :)

Try not to panic! I had bright heavy red bleeding at 11 weeks which bled through my jeans and 3 pads while in the hospital! I'm now 18 weeks and everything is ok! It turned out I had a subchoronic hemmorage. Which resolves on its own. Try and hope for the best sweetheart I know it's scary xx
