Has anyone had this happen if so how far along were you?

Okay this will be my 3rd baby

I new right away with my other to before testing so I haven’t had this happen before but

I tested negative 7 days late of my period but then the next morning I tested positive and I took two more and got positive, so I’m just wondering how far along I would be since I was 8 days late before I got a positive

Side note: I had bad cramps like I was on my period a week before my expected period and I thought it was pre period cramps but obviously it wasn’t lol
