Food Aversion help!

Ladies,

I’m struggling with food. For three years I have significantly changed my diet. I first started out with a low fat diet and then changed to Keto for the last two. Before I even found out I was pregnant I started phasing healthier carbs back into my diet and now suddenly I can’t even eat meat. I crave fruit and sugar and chips. I haven’t enjoyed any meal since I was 6 weeks pregnant.

Yesterday for the first time since I’ve been pregnant I tried a bean burrito and it was incredible. Lol. Today, I finally went to the store and picked up fruits, nuts, yogurt and skinny popcorn to eat when I need chips.

Any advice or suggestions on what to eat with meat aversions? I miss food and want to make sure my babies get everything they need!

To be clear I’m not looking for weight loss I’m just curious how people deal with aversions and cravings.

What have been some of yours?
