creme de menthe ice cream mixture/is it okay to eat?

So. I made a pie I love today. Recipe calls for a half gallon of vanilla ice cream mixed with creme de menthe or creme de menthe flavoring. Thought I got non alcoholic creme de menthe- I tasted the ice cream mixture when it was frozen up again, and looked at the bottle. 15% alcohol.

Everyone’s telling me that the amount of CDM-ice cream is so minuscule that having a slice would be fine. (5tbsp of creme de menthe in the ice cream (1/2 gallon) mixture mixed up)

Just wondering thoughts etc. is that legit or should I steer away?
