Bayalage highlights at 7 weeks 3 days?

I am in desperate need to get my hair done. Like I won’t leave the house without a hat bad. I’m reading that as long as it doesn’t touch the scalp it’s ok? So many friends and their doctors said it’s ok but I’m still worrisome. I go for my first appointment Monday. Thoughts?

I do hair. It doesn’t get ingested into your body.. especially a balayage it doesn’t even touch the scalp. There is absolutely no harm to your baby. I have done hair my entire pregnancy (mostly color) and I am 39 weeks.

It's fine, no research has found it to be bad, it's an old wives tale at this point.

My doctor told me not to dye my hair until after 12 weeks

I have beem getting mine done since 5weeks preg n its been fine. Aslong as in a ventillatied area youl be ok. They only advise against colouring hair due to the hormornes can interfere and  make it not turn out the colour you wanted. But very rare.
