Is this normal ??? I am a first time mom

I am almost 8weeks pregnant I had really bad abdominal pain 2 days ago and today before laying down I noticed light pink spotting . It has me really concerned.  My boobs aren’t sore no more they haven’t been since I was 7weeks pregnant. Am I ok???!!

When I had my miscarriage I had severe cramps and red spotting that turned into severe bleeding like my period. My OB says it’s normal to spot the first trimester only need to worry if you are bleeding red and if you have severe cramps. I would still call your OB to let them know.

No spotting during pregnancy is totally fine also if you are ....losing your baby you would experience vomiting and nausea and heavy bleeding . These symptoms show you are totally fine but you should seek help from a professional .
