i go to a music club and i play violin, my crush plays the guitar.

we had to do a trust activity about playint all together and trusting each other to do their own parts so we were having fun and doing trust falls and stuff. when our teacher announced we were doing that my crush who i barely talk to went i’ll go with you! for no reason and said we’re gonna be friends now you have no choice in a joke way. anyway we were catching eachother and both having a laugh, turns out we both like panic! lol.

anyway then we were doing a focus game (it was the last day of term so we were doing random stuff) where we had to look into each-others eyes and not break eye contact, someone had to distract us so we were in groups of 3. 1 distractor, 2 eye contact people. he shot gunned making eye contact with me and his friend was the distractor. anyway he was winking at me and making a joke of it and stuff and i just laughed and he went “oh not winking back i see how it is”

he follows my best friend who posts a lot but he only likes photos i’m in and he once texted me all night but apart from that he doesn’t text me except on the music group chat.

i feel like recently he’s been not as warm to me since i haven’t seen him for like 4 weeks after breaking up for the summer from the club.

i’m also really awkward at music and he’s the one who pays more attention to me and helps me with songs even if he doesn’t play violin. when we practice he always asks me if i’ve got it. (i find it hard to read music quickly because i’m pretty new to it)

but i’m the anxious person and he’s pretty popular-ish in a way that everyone likes him because he’s nice and he’s funny and we both watch the office but he doesn’t know i do except he quotes it daily (the British version)

i’m confident and flirty around him but i feel like on the chat he doesn’t like me as much and he finds me annoying but idk if that’s my anxiety

help
