5 weeks 4 days this is my third baby first baby I lost at 24 weeks and had my second one a month early. She made ten yesterday we been trying for 6+ years for her a sibling and a week before our fertility consultation this past Tuesday I found out I was pregnant. This pregnancy is so different from my last two Which I had hardly any symptoms and this one I’m having almost all. For almost two weeks I’ve been having very mild cramps and almost had a heart attack when I had a blood clot come out yesterday but haven’t had any more bleeding. Is this normal or something I should worry about? I’m still having very mild cramps in my lower abdomen but no more clots or any spotting.
