Yes, but only because I used to work in retail, and know how dirty storerooms can be, and you don’t know who has touched the clothes, or if they’ve dropped on the ground.
When kids are older you can get a bit more lax, but when they’re small, I would 100% wash all clothes and blankets etc that you have for them

Even if it's new in the package, they're made in 3rd world country factories with pesticides, sprays, rat poison, workers coughing on them. I worked in a high end retail store and we'd get boxes with rat feces, blood, mucus etc with $200 pants in the box.
Wash everything, seriously.
