Drinking while breastfeeding

My 21st birthday is coming up & I would like to have a few drinks. Preferably wine. My baby will be 3 months. I am afraid that drinking may mess up my supply if so I’ll just avoid it all together, but if it doesn’t how much alcohol is an acceptable amount for a nursing mother?
