Csection question!

Im not sure if this is the right group; apologies if not... But when i was induced ..I had an emergency csection with my son because i could only get to 4cm before i spiked a fever and his heart was racing. My question is does anyone have experience with baby #2 and your body going into labor on its own? ..my husband and I were thinking about ttc #2 but due to my csection, wasnt sure if id have another one or vbac? And what were to happen if my body went into labor on it's own? Im not sure if i would do a vbac or not, my experience with my csection was pretty easy, so im not sure what id do..the thought of vbac kind of scares me.
