Well it’s never going to be 100% accurate. The one I did was 99% accurate but if you got a ‘high risk’ reading there was only 50% chance there was actually anything to it.

I think it depends on what you want to do about a potential diagnosis. If there was a devastating diagnosis (baby won’t live), would you terminate? If so earlier is much better and I’d go with genetic testing.

From what I’ve read it is extremely accurate. I had the full panel done as early as possible and having the results (low risk for all chromosomal abnormalities) set my mind at ease. It was also really fun to be able to announce including the gender! We’ve already settled on a name!

It’s very accurate. False positives for chromosomal problems are much lower than the NT testing and older type of bloodwork. 
It’s even more accurate for Gender. Extremely low change of getting it wrong.
