Any idea on these small red bumps on baby's belly?

My little one had this too, I think it’s heat rash, I just put a barrier cream on it like sudocream or Vaseline

My son has been getting these recently. My pediatrician said that it was either a heat rash or chlorine bumps! She said she wasn’t concerned and if I wanted to I could put aveeno lotion on it or aquaphor
