Why is it positive?

So my period is supposed to be in a week and I took an ovulation test last night just for fun and it came back positive and this is from right now. Why?

Do you track you bbt to confirm ovulation? If not, your body might be ovulating now. Have any EWCM?

You may be ovulating late. I have heard some ovulation tests can test positive if pregnant? Not sure how accurate that is though. I would test again if you have another one.
