Am I protected?

Hi, So I just took my birth control pill and it is 10:49 at night. I usually take it at 9:15 in the morning but today has been a busy day. I have read my pamphlet and it told me to take my pill as soon as possible then take my next pill at my usual time. (I may take 2 pills in one day which I have not since I’ve taken my pill before the next day) My question is should I take the next pill? And also my pamphlet says if I take my pill as soon as I remember and it’s only the one pill that I’ve missed I don’t have to use a backup protection method, but my tracker says that I am unprotected. Should I use a backup method anyway?
