Is this normal?

I’ve had a few losses and freak out and over analyze everything. Does this look normal in color?

Side note: I did switch from the generic white progesterone suppository to the actual brand of progesterone that’s orange in color. Normally the progesterone all comes out the first few hours of waking up. This is evening and I still have weird colored discharge. Also when I wipe it’s like super yellow. Is this considered spotting? Am I just seeing things because I’m paranoid?

I usually wear a panty liner but ran out and I’m at work.
