I don't see one.   The tooth will be in the front, not along that ridge.   And usually bottom come in first (but not always)

I know a girl at work who's baby has 2 teeth cutting already at 4 1/2 months old..... Not impossible 😆

Probably not; most babies don't get a tooth until 6 months of age, although there is a general range of 3-12 months for a first tooth.
