I just started inserting half a tablet yesterday, do I have to lay down for a little while after inserting It? I get It pretty far up there. I’m going away for my bday this weekend so it will be difficult to lay down afterwards but I’ll do It if necessary. My nurse didn’t mention It, just to insert It as far as I can
