Call from dcf today about my sons daycare

I am getting mixed opinions on this. I first got the call from dcf saying that my there was a complaint created against the daycare. I panicked and called them back where she offered no information, room anything. Just it had nothing to do with my son and the child doesnt go to the daycare anymore. I immediately called the town daycare and she said they put in the complaint againist a former teacher that it’s protocol when a severe incident occurs. She again couldn’t tell me anything further. I feel like I didn’t get the whole truth from the daycare. Yes a teacher was fired, but but dcf said it was a child who doesnt go there anymore who made the complaint. Is there a way I can see a report on the incident?
