Birth control after baby???

How long after giving birth did you get on birth control?

I don't use birth control. But I was offered it at my 6 week pp appointment.

I got the depo shot before I even left the hospital after my baby girl was born.

i Got on the implant @ my 6 week Pp check up.

I got my IUD 8 weeks pp. I was going to have it done at 6 weeks, but I wasn't healed enough.

I got the prescription for the mini pill at my one week baby check up so that it was in place for when we could have sex again

Started the pill 6 weeks after.... best decision ever. My body is still adjusting to the hormones but I feel like I’m adjusting quicker and at 13 weeks pp I almost feel like my old self again. Which my husband is very grateful for 😉
